Considering that most of the donkeys in power, and that includes the 'civil service', with the possible exception of the Security Service, are a bunch of out of touch liberals who are more concerned with feathering their own nests and building their little empires, I would very much doubt that they would want to upset the poor little muslim darlings by leaving such a plan on a laptop somewhere... much better not to have one!
